ORDERS

I PLACED MY ORDER BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First please add clothandfeather@gmail.com to your email address book and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see the order confirmation, the email address entered at checkout may have been entered incorrectly. Please email us at clothandfeather@gmail.com and tell us the email address where you would like the order confirmation sent and we will send a new confirmation email. 

I TRIED TO MAKE A PURCHASE BUT THE ORDER DIDN'T GO THROUGH, HOWEVER I SEE A PENDING CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Purchases that are not processed due to a credit card declining because of credit limit, invalid zip code or invalid CVC number may still show up on your account as a pending charge. Please contact your banking or credit institution for more information about pending charges. Pending charges cannot be voided on our end.

WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM SHRUNK WHEN I WASHED IT?

Due to the fact that we cannot verify if the washing instructions were followed; Once an item has been washed it is considered *FINAL SALE* and is ineligible to be returned. We recommend checking all items for specific washing instructions before washing. Please note that hand-wash items should be washed by hand and not on the "hand wash" cycle on a machine.

I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE ITEMS OR COMBINE ORDERS?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed on the website, they cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Our warehouse is lightening fast with shipping, and stopping to remove items or add orders together slows the processing time down for everyone's orders. 

I RECEIVED AN ITEM THAT WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email us immediately at clothandfeather@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos showing the damage or defect. 

WHAT IS SEZZLE AND HOW DO I PAY WITH IT?

Sezzle is a third party payment provider that splits your total into 4 equal payment amounts over 6 weeks. There is no interest paid for this service, but fees may be charged if they are unable to collect full payment from you. Please visit Sezzle's consumer website for more information on their services. 

To pay with Sezzle, simply check the Sezzle option at check out and follow their prompts from there. 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON CODE ON MY ORDER?
No. Discount codes are not stackable, and the site only allows for one code at checkout. 

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is $5 flat rate on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship free. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

All orders are shipped via USPS mail. If packages weigh over 16 ounces, they will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Under 16 ounces will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Unfortunately, only US Domestic shipping options are available currently. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED FROM?

Orders are shipped out of our warehouse in Utah. On occasion, some items may need to be shipped out of our home office location in Arizona. In these cases, you will only be charged one shipping fee, but your items may arrive separately.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Pre-Orders are the exception to this rule, and will ship within 1-3 business days of the items arriving at our home office or warehouse. Please allow 2-5 days for your package to travel through the Post Office system, depending on your distance from our location in Arizona, or the warehouse in Utah. 
MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DON'T HAVE IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First and foremost, you should contact your local USPS Post Office. More often than not, packages were marked delivered but were still on the delivery driver's truck, or they put the key for the package in the wrong box. It is your responsibility to follow up with your local Post Office in these situations. Cloth + Feather is not responsible for stolen packages.  

CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING METHOD?

Because our shipping times are about as speedy as they can already be, shipping upgrades are not offered at this time. 

 RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for refund or store credit. Please see detailed return policies and instructions here:  https://clothandfeather.com/pages/returns 

ARE SALE ITEMS RETURNABLE?

Some are and some are not. Any items with a price ending in $.99 are considered a FINAL SALE are not returnable.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please email clothandfeather@gmail.com immediately, so we can assist you. 

HOW DO RETURNS WORK IF I PAID WITH SEZZLE?

If you are choosing to receive a refund for your order and you paid with Sezzle, we will credit your Sezzle account, and they will refund your money to your original payment account. If you are only returning one item off of a multiple item order, your account will be credited for the returned item, and Sezzle will automatically adjust your future payment amounts less the credit received. 

IF I CHOOSE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN, HOW IS IT ISSUED AND DOES IT EXPIRE?
If you choose to receive store credit for your return, you will receive a gift certificate for your return amount via email. Gift Certificates do not expire, so long as Cloth + Feather remains in business. 

REWARDS

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLOTH + FEATHER REWARDS?

Simply click the Earn Rewards button on the bottom left of your screen and sign up with your email address that you use to shop our site with. 

HOW DO THE REWARDS WORK?

Please refer to the rewards section on the bottom left of your screen. You do not start accumulating rewards until you sign up for the Rewards Program below. Points will not be awarded retroactively for previous purchases. 

IF I RETURN SOMETHING, DO I GET TO KEEP THE REWARD POINTS FOR THAT PURCHASE?

No, points awarded for purchases will be deducted from your balance when an item is returned to us. 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE REWARD COUPON ON A PURCHASE?

No. Our site only allows for one coupon code per transaction. 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR A REWARD?

When you are ready to redeem your points for a reward, sign in to your account by clicking the Earn Rewards button at the bottom left of your screen. Choose the reward that you would like to receive and click Redeem. You will receive a custom coupon code to use on your order right in the pop up window. If you forget that code, or forget to copy it before you close the pop up window, check your email, as codes are also sent via email when you create them.
