Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for refund or store credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any items with a price ending in $.99 are considered a FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
Items smelling of perfume, marked with makeup, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no credit will be issued.
Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no credit will be issued
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the issue and photos showing the damage or defect.
REFUND OR CREDIT OPTIONS
If you choose to receive store credit for your return, you will receive a gift certificate for your return amount via email. Gift Certificates do not expire, so long as Cloth + Feather remains in business.
If you choose to receive a refund for your return, please check with your financial institution for an estimate on when the money will be received in your account. Refunds are processed on our end within 1-2 business days of receiving your return.
If you are choosing to receive a refund for your order and you paid with Sezzle, we will credit your Sezzle account, and they will refund your money to your original payment account. If you are only returning one item off of a multiple item order, your account will be credited for the returned item, and Sezzle will automatically adjust your future payment amounts less the credit received.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS
To return an item to Cloth + Feather, you can choose to mail the item back at your own expense, or have a pre-paid mailing label emailed to you. For Pre-Paid mailing labels, the actual amount of return postage will be DEDUCTED from your Refund or Credit amount. Return labels must be printed and used within 5 days of issuance. Once the returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 1-2 business days.
